As a user, I want to receive an ice cream when I visit the store, regardless of whether I have any points in the app or have installed the app, to enhance the engagement and experience at the store.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Users visiting the store receive an ice cream.
2. The reward is given regardless of the user's points in the app.
3. The reward is given regardless of whether the user has installed the app.
