Sprint Retrospective

As part of our commitment to inspect and adapt as a team we conduct a Sprint Retrospective at the end of every Sprint. Here are the results of our Sprint Retrospective:

✅ What went well?

• 🔥 Performance improvements by more than 100x
• Mobile deployment pipeline fixed and confirmed JK and Vlad can work on the MAUI part
• SSW testers have all given high ratings (Brady, Jean, Seth)

❌ What didn’t go so well?

• Mobile deployment - not done before the Sprint Review (make sure we get an 'ok' so the people using it know there won't be a new version)

💡 What improvements will be made for the next Sprint?

• Deploy today - so we can find any bugs at NDC Security (before NDC London)
