The notebook synapse.Rmd executes syn$login() to login to Synapse. In RStudio, the login is confirmed with a message.

However this message is not rendered in the HTML notebook. How would one make this message visible in the rendered notebook?

EDIT: I tried the options {r echo=TRUE, message=TRUE, eval=TRUE} without success.

Note that this repository has GH Secrets set for the service account sage-rstudio.
