Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When tasks are added or adjusted to an existing action plan template, there is no easy way to reorder them as desired. This makes reviewing the template difficult, especially over multiple, subsequent revisions.
Describe the solution you'd like
A "sort" button similar in functionality to the standard "sort" button on Quote Line items.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Create a report on action plan template tasks, display the TaskIndex field and manually edit into the sequence desired.

We second this request - a client just asked for this feature. They want to create plans that have 10-15 process steps and as they revise their processes they don't want to have to re-build their action plans almost in their entirety.
Short answer: I want this too. It will take removing existing references to the sort order because some of the circular reference checks use the index number, and I'd rather refer to the controlling task directly by Id. Some other things have been ahead of this, but it's on the roadmap.
