Formatting the sections #190

Hi, each section is represented in its own way and format.

I would like to convert all of them into a single way of presentation. The books to read section has a good UI, so maybe perform a few changes in all the other tabs.

There is somebody already working on the theme, by that I think they are working on the colour code. So please check if I can work on this issue. Thanks!

@smrithi1912 Multiple people are working on UI and theme and their issues are not yet closed so I am not assigning this issue to you currently .
