Currently, players may join the ranked queue and forget that they were still queued, then be unable to participate in the match when it actually starts. There are currently no queue dodging punishments or prevention measures.
Allow self-service clearing of matches if the number of players on the server is less than the number of players expected in the match (and maybe ensure that at least a few minutes have gone by). Alternatively, automatically clear the match after ~15 minutes have gone by if the expected number of players aren't in the server. (similar to Automatically shut down inactive servers #14)
Punish queue dodging by temporarily suspending players that go missing multiple times
Things to consider
When we determine a clear match is necessary, how do we determine which discord user was the one that was missing from the game server (how do we determine who to punish)?
