Urgent - restarted computer while on a timer and now ALL internet traffic is blocked

I'm using SelfControl currently on a timer with 77 hours remaining. I restarted my computer and now I can't access the internet at all. I'm using SelfControl version 4.0.2 and Ventura 13.0.1. Not using any VPN. I've tried restarting again, using various browsers, and changing WiFi connection but still nothing. All internet traffic is blocked. What can I do?
