[REQUEST] Blacklisting (hiding) kewords/users

Feature Description

I am missing the option to blacklist (hide) specific keywords or users.
For a reference impl, I suggest looking at BetterTTV or FFZ, which both support this.
Since 7TV does not support using BetterTTV (see #399 or night/betterttv#6060) and does not do the same as BetterTTV (does not have a blacklist option for example), I will have to switch to the other extension (and fully uninstall 7TV) for now.
If features such as this get implemented (or 7TV supports other extensions again), I might give it a try again, though:)
