FEAT Maximised window (Windows app)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Windows desktop app seems to be limited to a 996x648 px window and I can't find a way to change this. I'd much prefer to be able to also use the remainder of my 1920x1080 screen.

Describe the solution you'd like
Enable Windows's maximise button in the top right corner? And resize the UI elements accordingly.

Edit: probably not much UI-element resizing needed as the web app already fits the window size. (Alternatively if there's a way to store fully local data that I can access from my browser would also work for me - it's the main reason why I went for the desktop app.)
