Smart LED Display Project

Overview

The Smart LED Display Project aims to create a large P10 LED display that provides real-time information about various parameters such as time, temperature, pressure, AQI (Air Quality Index), PM2.5 levels, and more. The display is designed to be placed near our college, serving as an informative and interactive installation.

How to Contribute

  1. Fork the Repository: Click on the "Fork" button at the top right corner of this repository's page. This will create a copy of the repository in your GitHub account.

  2. Clone the Repository: Clone the forked repository to your local machine using the following command in your terminal:

    git clone https://github.com/Shivoo29/Smart_LED_Display
  3. Create a New Branch: Navigate to the repository directory on your local machine and create a new branch to work on your contribution:

    git checkout -b feature/my-contribution
  4. Make Changes: Make your desired changes to the project. This may include adding new features, fixing bugs, or improving documentation.

  5. Commit Changes: After making your changes, commit them to your branch with descriptive commit messages:

    git add .
    git commit -m "Brief description of the changes"
  6. Push Changes: Push your changes to your forked repository on GitHub:

    git push origin feature/my-contribution
  7. Create a Pull Request: Once your changes are pushed to your forked repository, navigate to the original repository on GitHub. GitHub will detect the new branch and prompt you to create a pull request. Follow the instructions to submit your pull request.

  8. Review and Merge: After submitting your pull request, the maintainers of the original repository will review your changes. They may provide feedback or request modifications. Once approved, your changes will be merged into the main branch of the project.
