Game wont start when 2 player join

Hello, i set 2 players for starting game, but when i played alone and the second player joins we just get message that 2 players has joined and game will start, but nothing happends we just have to wait the round out.

Also how can i do so the t player dosent stay as seeker if he wins but it changes every round to the first who is killed.
