Add Search

There should be a way to add search capabilities.

@obaidashfaq20 if you want to work on search this is the issue.

I did not described yet anything about how to implement this.

Let's start from UI perspective with just a general search bar on the home page. I will take care of fine tunning it in the end if needed.

Regarding the implementation: we can start with ransack

If you have any questions or things that you want to clarify let's discuss them here.

Maybe it will be of help if you can describe in summary how do you want to approach this.

Instead of a generic search on the homepage, it would be really useful from the resource point of vIew [i kept myself as a ruby learner and browse through the application and say I am looking for podcast only, the website categories very much to its components, what you want books? go into the books section, looking of books with "ransack" in it just search for it]

Keeping all these in perspective I have implemented the search feature on every page just the basic! To get an idea if it looks good to you we can further tune to more fine shape
