On Zen, syncing may randomly stop before reaching the current height. After analyzing the peers.json, it looks like one of the connected peers is not synced, and after syncing to that peer the syncer doesn't attempt to sync further.

I saw this on the HostScore-US node running on coreutils v0.3.3-0.20240927170025-f45eedc64d6f.

Interestingly, we were both stuck at the same height.
Another time, I saw it on the HostScore-EU node, but the synced height was different.
You may be able to reproduce the issue by connecting to 51.81.208.10:9881.
