Is there a way to passthrough a serial connection to a udp, tcp or WebSocket peer?

Related to #379, but more generic: any serial data could be passed through for processing someplace else. A practical example could be Victron VE.direct, where there is already a server plugin. With tcp and udp it would be totally unrelated to Signal K, with wider applicability.
