FR - Country Flag based upon MMSI

Nice to have, low priority.

Show the vessel registration country as a flag in the AIS info. Country is identified by the first 3 digits:

The vessels.<uuid>.flag path seems the logical place to store the identifier.
The flag images sound like a good candidate for an icon set served out from under resources.icons.
