How about pinning nixpkgs using nix-flakes instead of ./pinned-nixpkgs.nix?

There is /pinned-nixpkgs.nix file. The file makes it harder to change to Nix flakes. The reason is that flakes can pin own nixpkgs and flakes haven't to use other nixpkgs pinned by other files.

As #169 says, We want to use flakes. So we should delete /pinned-nixpkgs.nix and change to Nix flakes.

Nice to see someone was working on this. Flakes will make a lot of stuff easier. There are even tools to turn flakes into appimages.
