Moving items by scrolling on the trackpad is very unruly, you move too many items too fast and it's hard to control
Describe the solution you'd like
A new setting to control how many pixels you have to scroll for an item to be moved (instead of it triggering on every individuar scroll "action", which happen VERY often on trackpads as well as other non-mouse devices and are pretty much only limited by the polling rate)
Describe alternatives you've considered
A simple configurable delay between scroll actions could be implemented, but it's a less ideal solution, as it 1) makes inventory management slower and 2) the same small scroll movement (let's say 1 physical cm) would result in more items moved if you did that movement slower (people tend to slow their movements down when trying to be more precise but it'd have the exact opposite effect). That's why I think it'd make more sense for the number of items moved to depend entirely on the distance scrolled.
