Synthetic Sapphire cannot be used in normal workbench

📍 Description

Synthetic Sapphire cannot be used as a lapis lazuli in normal crafting table.
It is clearly not possible to be used as a lapis because the material isnt even lapis lazuli.

📑 Reproduction Steps

1. Get 9 synthetic sapphire.
2. Try to craft a Lapis Block in a normal crafting table.

💡 Expected Behavior

Either it can be used as lapis lazuli, or remove that lore.

Seeing as the synthetic sapphire uses a lapis lazuli in its recipe, it would be a useless feature to add. I guess removing the lore part would be better (even though this creates stacking problems).

The only argument that I can think of for adding the crafting functionality is that addons might want to use the feature. However, I find it unlikely.

The reason it says usable as lapis is it can be used during trading afaik, making a crafting recipe for a lapis block would probably be the play here
