Venues Queue

I'm putting here all venues in the queue to become Sponsors. As the date approaches, we can get in touch with them.

I'm planning every 2 months so that it doesn't burn me out, if more ppl are willing to help, we can do every month again.

TradeDesk - (Requirements/Limitations don't match what we're looking for)

Unfortunately my company’s (GlamCorner) office is not a suitable venue as we’re not located in/near the CBD. However, we can help by providing sponsorship for events.

She also got in touch through meetup.com but I couldn't respond to her chat. I don't know why.

Update on Playground XYZ. I didn't get Jono's response again, so I wonder if they're strong about hosting the event.
We had three hosts on the list, but now we got zero as the momentum has been diminishing.

I'll try to talk to Service NSW again.
Any suggestions for venues?

Hi @rodolfoprr @ttsui added TradeDesk again in the list as per conversation with Rodolfo in the last meetup. I have a meeting with Nic Townrow next week, do you guys want to join? We might be able to do it on Lexicon Office.

If I can get help to organize I believe we can start it monthly again. I can handle:

1. The event topic, format and facilitation
2. Meetup listing
3. Email Reminders

Need help with:

1. Coordinate with venues + catering
2. Coordinate with NetworkIT for recording
3. Help with welcoming the attendees on the day + Print the software crafters A4 sheet with a pone number to add in the entrance for late arrivals.
4. Spread the word in your networks and other tech-specific events to call people in to join
