Factur-X or ZUGFeRD support

Is there plans to support Factur-X or ZUGFeRD?

Basically it will be required for invoices in the following years. From a tech perspective you only need to inline an XML file into the PDF file.
There is work in progress atpdf generators like dompdf: dompdf/dompdf#3443

At Dolibarr in 2018 they seem to say mpdf was the only one to support that Dolibarr/dolibarr#8836
But they are still at it now Dolibarr/dolibarr#30078

If I understand it correctly the code would hook at the mpdf html to pdf creation
