When grabbing a node away from it's center and dragging it, the cursor snaps to the middle of the node instead of dragging with the cursor remaining relative to the node position. This causes node drags to "snap" and feel "off" from a UX perspective.
Low Priority, but I thought we already fixed this near the beginning.
