Feature: The ability to transfer on a service-by-service basis, potentially without OS data.

Reason: This is useful for folks that are segregating services from one server to 2 or more.

Example: User wants to move Bitcoin stack to a new server, without closing channels, while keeping files, media, git, etc on original server.
