After upgrade to Android 9.1.0 B no pairing with bluetooth

HUAWEI Mate 20 Lite Android 9.1.0 Downgrade not possible.
tested on new and old versions xDrip

Hard reset, clear cache, all permissions etc etc nothing changes
Tested with LinkBluCon, functions without any problems, but i love and prefer xDrip

Clear data for the Bluetooth app (need to show system apps). Solved it for me.
