Would be useful to be able to unload assemblies without killing the whole context

This does not appear to be possible at present with .NET >5: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.appdomain.unload?view=net-9.0. Will revisit if this changes.

Considering this wontfix for now as unloading via. ALC is what .NET considers the intended way to implement unloading.
