Describe the feature

Implement a hovering effect on each testimonial card within the OUR TESTIMONIALS area. On hover, each testimonial card should enlarge to provide a better view of the content.

Details:

Identify the OUR TESTIMONIALS section in the HTML structure.
Each testimonial card should respond to the hover event independently.
Ensure smooth transition effects to enhance user experience.
