Feat: phone number validator and improving the style for contact us form

Describe the feature

Hey,
I've found the following issues with the project

1. The styling of the contact form is too dark and not appealing
2. there is a problem with the phone number field it is taking any digits instead of getting an accurate 10-digit number
   please assign me to these issues
