BUG: blogs page not responsive-footer section and card dimensions

What happened?

The Blogs page is not responsive.

1. The images in the card are distorted
2. The search bar gets too narrow in width in mobile screens
3. the size of blog page heading is too large as per standard designs and trends in responsiveness
4. The footer section does not have a standard design
5. The footer links overlap in smaller screens
6. The cards get narrowed down in smaller screens
7. The navbar contents do not have proper margins and padding.
