Improve continuous integration and deployment

The process from MarkDown to PDF could be done using GitHub Action and the final result could be published automatically.

This avoids dependencies on the installation of a computer, avoids (or helps) to always have a valid building process (with the CI icons "pass" or "failed" and email notifications). And it's a way to document which packages are needed to build it.
