Ender storage comparators do not update when an ender storage is updated externally

If you have two ender storages on the same empty frequency, and one of them receives an item with a hopper, then comparators will not update on all ender storages. In contrast, if an item is manually placed or removed from an ender storage, then comparators will update on all ender storages. Ideally, comparators on ender storages should update whenever the ender storage inventory changes.
