Server pagination

First of all is it necessary ?
Since we don't have a responsive design are micro bandwidth optimization really useful ?

If we do it we will need to either replace the pagination on the client or find a way to tricks it.

But if we decide to make 1.0 responsive then sure let's opti 😄

What happens when we load 4k projects ? (I know it won't happen tomorrow
but...)
We'll have performances issues.
