force page title and description on project page (for sharing purpose) #54

Actually it's the same page title & desc on all pages ;)

If I want to share a project it would be nice if we have a specific page title and description, matching the project name and description.

I'm not sure that's possible the way it's set. It's on project.js where we
register the routes
