Find a way to publish to Powershell Gallery.

Maybe we need a cert to sign our Module... But we will try it first without. May be Internet help us. :)

Version is hard in powershell. the docs says no prerelease numbers supported... So we maybe must release two packages. A prerelease package and a ready for production use package...
