Reduce documentation for reporting an issue + and add help for common problems #200

Is a bit long. Perhaps we should reduce it to the main points people are usually struggling with. For me that has been (among others):

how to make issues readable?
how to add inline images (and make the issue readable, e.g. resize image)
how to edit description after creating issue. It took me at least 3 years to find out ... (how: click "Edit" on top, then click on "Edit" next to description)
access rights - how and when are they granted?

In that case it might be grouped more like an FAQ and the general (short) description separate.
