First of all, I am not a programmer; but can try to understand few lines of codes.
While i tried with few Hero section and they worked , the food delivery one is not working the icon comes very big, the hamburger does not show up I even inlided the same @layer mentioned on the example above but will no luck.

Have a look in your side. Thanks for all these cool template, learning tailwind is long
