I'm don't keeping StatusBar visible, so i would like remove its spacing

Hey @iago-silva, there is no support for removing the status bar spacing at the moment. Feel free to fork the library and add this feature, and I'll happily review your PR. Many thanks.

Just override alerter_alert_view_padding_top dimen for 44dp solved my problem 😄
