发布包与服务名称不匹配为什么要这个校验？ #130

加上这个校验我打包出来的文件必须按你们的这个来命名，不说明这点，我也不发不了包。

主要是防止发布错了, 这个问题可以优化一下, 只要找到服务名称即可, 这样前后缀就没有影响了, 要不你修改一下, 提交一个pr?
