The problem

Hey,
I already described my problem in this closed issue #2106. I already wrote everything down in the Discussion here: #2104.
I would love if somebody could look into this, if this is really a rate limit issue or just a Plex Server setting. I am not the owner of the server I want to synchronize against.

also, current bug report here has no actual info of any errors. without error can't diagnose problems.
