Default mob trophies don't drop

After testing on All of Fabric 6, and a separate install with just the mod, no mob trophies appear to drop. Editing the config to higher chances or 100% still doesn't work either. It's strange since you can still get the trophies in game by placing and editing a base trophy using creative mode.

This issue is not present on the original forge version.

Same. Not getting any trophy drops either, even after bumping up the percentage to 0.05 then taking out hundreds of endermen and cows.
