Feature Request - cache a local copy of the files needed to re-install

I have a pixel phone that is updated monthly. Also, although I have automatic updates turned off for the youtube app and am careful not to manually update it, the damn thing still gets updated. So it seems that every time I am away from home and want to watch youtube and start the app - it's the stock app, not vanced, and I have to do a re-install of vanced from the vanced manager. But if I'm in the car and happen to be somewhere with a poor cell signal, the vanced manager is not able to complete a re-install.

Could you have an option to cache a local copy of the needed install files on the phone? You could still check the source to see if a newer version was available and ask for confirmation if an update is available. But why download the split apks again and again and again when I've got plenty of storage available?
