Feature Request: purge backups

What is missing:

Purge backups of players who have stopped logging in for a long time.

Specific changes to make:

Automatically purge backups that are past the specified time in the config. Or purge backups that are past the specified time from the command.

This feature already exists here:

Additional context:

With the current specification, the size of the backup file gets bigger and bigger, so we need the ability to delete backups of players who are no longer logged in.
