add “per_degree_impairments” to the Excel input file

I recently started using “roadm-path-impairments“ with “per_degree_impairments” on a small network. Wondering if it would be possible to add “per_degree_impairments” to the Excel input file?
This would make the feature more user friendly for larger networks.
