【优化】AD默认字段值调整 #1038

情景描述：
目前大部分客户使用的AD，邮件字段默认值是mail，手机字段默认值是mobile，用户目录配置的时候目前基本都需要客户手动去调整这两个值，这里需要考虑是否优化成常用默认值：
