异常描述：
新建AD目录-连接配置中的测试连接是否有实际功能？（测试发现任何错误账号密码都能测试连接成功）

重现方法
新建AD/ldap 目录，完成连接配置之后（这里的AD账号密码可以填写错误的信息），然后点击 测试连接 按钮，总是返回连接成功信息

预期行为：
正常检测，如果连接不上要返回连接异常的相关信息， 并且在日志中有所体现，便于开发排查

版本
最新版本中存在该问题
