现状：
蓝鲸平台在客户落地时，登录主页的美观度和体验很不理想，一般客户都会要求替换成带有自己公司属性的背景

预期：
希望能是用户管理全局配置功能中增加这一项，实现按照规格要求，将带有客户属性的图片替换进来
