GuzzleHTTP version locked to 6

    - Root composer.json requires tencentcloud/tencentcloud-sdk-php-intl-en * -> satisfiable by tencentcloud/tencentcloud-sdk-php-intl-en[3.0.1, ..., 3.0.1071].
    - tencentcloud/tencentcloud-sdk-php-intl-en[3.0.1, ..., 3.0.1071] require guzzlehttp/guzzle ^6.3 -> found guzzlehttp/guzzle[6.3.0, ..., 6.5.8] but the package is fixed to 7.9.2 (lock file version) by a partial update and that version does not match. Make sure you list it as an argument for the update command.

Please also add in conditions to accept GuzzleHttp 7 which is using by laravel 11
