Please verify.

One case: we moved furniture one day and bumped the local internet, knocking it offline. The bot went away and never came back. Had to restart it

Another case: Looks like the first attempted upgrade of the neural net in #269 failed, and was causing dropped connections

It does reconnect (at least with the systemd script installed), but the botlink service apparently doesn't clean up the dead websocket for tinybrain
