Painting boots

I had an idea for coloring boots with a pattern, but I don't own boots :D Luckily, it could be turned into an "art project". I traded a sweater for her boots:

Sketches

My initial thought was shiny black, but just one color is a bit boring. Maybe some color?

Process

I'm reading instructions I got with the paint :-)

Cleaning

The leather should be cleaned so the paint sticks properly. I used some hot water with a splash of benzene and spirit to remove "dirt" and opened a window

Coloring

1. Black under layer
2. Red (well see what happens when it dries...) lines
3. TODO: Fix the mistakes...
