saving without pausing and then overwriting existing save

If I save a game without pausing it, and then overwrite an existing save, the dialing telling me the file already exists and asking me if I want to overwrite comes up behind the program. There is no way to get to it (alt-tab doesn't do it). As such, you have no way to select yes or no, and there is no way to continue. Your only option is to quit the game, at which time you see the save dialing after the game is closed (except it won't do anything, now)
