Hyprland Dotfiles

  • OS: Arch Linux
  • Window Manager: Hyprland
  • Terminal: Kitty
  • Shell: fish + Starship
  • Bar: Waybar
  • Runner: Wofi
  • Lock Screen: Swaylock
  • Power Screen: wlogout
  • Wallpapers: swww
  • Colours: pywal
  • Notifications: Mako

The coolest feature is probably the wallpaper switcher, and I guess the waybar is neat too. The colours changing with the wallpaper is also pretty cool. I don't have much to say. This is a pretty simple rice after all.

After installing, press Win + T to change background, this should get swww and pywal running and also get rid of the error message.

Installation

Clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/TheDragonary/hypr-dots && cd hypr-dots

Run install.sh

./install.sh

The script does pretty much everything for you, all you have to do is read carefully, follow the instructions, make the right decisions and eventually you'll make it! :)
