Google Chrome not always getting correct object

Accessibility view is running and set to follow focus.
Open https://namecheap.com and click Sign In
Click the name input box - correctly shows state
Click the password box - correct shows state as protected
Click the name input box again
Click on another window
Click the password input box - incorrect object identified.
